We’re looking for volunteer career coach who wants to give back in a meaningful way. This is your chance to use your skills and lived experience to help others navigate change, reskill, and step into new opportunities.
Why Volunteer as a Career Coach?
Volunteering as a coach is more than just offering advice. It’s about listening, mentoring, and being present for someone who’s navigating a turning point in their life.
As a volunteer, you can:
- Offer one-on-one virtual coaching sessions
- Help with resumes, cover letters, or LinkedIn profiles
- Share your career story and what you’ve learned along the way
- Provide job search strategies and emotional support
- Introduce someone to an industry or role they’ve never considered
You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to be willing to show up with empathy, curiosity, and a desire to help someone grow.
Who Can Volunteer?
You don’t need a coaching certification or years of mentoring experience. If you’re a working professional, an experienced freelancer, or a semi-retired expert — you’re welcome here.
We’re looking for volunteers who are:
- Mid-level to senior professionals in any industry
- Open to supporting others with kindness and patience
- Available for at least 2–4 hours a month (virtually)
- Passionate about inclusion, equity, and lifelong learning
Whether you’re from tech, design, education, healthcare, HR, or the nonprofit world — your journey can inspire someone else to begin theirs.
